2025 Membership Dues |

All REALTOR® membership dues were owed in full by December 31, 2024. Effective February 1, any unpaid member was suspended. If you have not renewed yet for 2025, please reach out to staff today to avoid termination on February 28. |
Code of Ethics Requirement |
|
Any member who did not complete the REALTOR® Code of Ethics by January 1 has been suspended. Per NAR bylaws, any member still not compliant by February 28 will be terminated. Please reach out to staff to avoid additional action. |

CAC's March Community Engagement of the Month
This St. Patrick's Day, let's honor the spirit of generosity by making a donation to those in need. Did you know the Worcester County Food Bank and St. Peter’s Food Pantry are always collecting food items? Helping the homeless is a beautiful way to spread good fortune in the name of Saint Patrick. As we celebrate the holiday, let’s remember the importance of community and giving back to those who need it most. You can drop off donations to the following local Organizations
