Thank you to everyone who joined us at the Annual Meeting! Weād like to share some important updates and clarity around the 2026 dues process.
Per the results of the Annual Meeting, this yearās billing will follow our annual dues process ā no changes have been made to the current dues model at this time.

Your 2026 dues invoice is now available in your InfoHub

You may pay in full or enroll in the existing Budget Payment Plan
ā
A planned dues increase ā reviewed and recommended by the Finance Committee and approved by the Board of Directors ā is reflected on your invoice

ā° Changes to MLS PIN Rules and Pinergy Platform
MLS PIN updated its Rules and Regulations effective September 2, 2025, prohibiting compensation in its system. Starting that date, all new Pinergy listings must include a Certification of Compliance, with a new section added to the post listing page. These changes aim to enhance clarity, transparency, and the subscriber experience. You can download the full, updated Rules and Regulations PDF here. Join us for a one-night-only performance at Worcesterās BrickBox Theater with Jon Stetson, the renowned mentalist and the real-life inspiration for the hit CBS series The Mentalist. This event is open to the public!

The CASA Project is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advocating for the best interests of children in foster care in Worcester County. Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) are assigned to amplify the childrenās voices, advocate for their best interests, and support them on their path towards a safe and permanent home.
