📣 Important Update Regarding 2026 Dues & Billing

Thank you to everyone who joined us at the Annual Meeting! We’d like to share some important updates and clarity around the 2026 dues process.

Per the results of the Annual Meeting, this year’s billing will follow our annual dues process — no changes have been made to the current dues model at this time.

✅ Your 2026 dues invoice is now available in your InfoHub

✅ You may pay in full or enroll in the existing Budget Payment Plan

✅ A planned dues increase — reviewed and recommended by the Finance Committee and approved by the Board of Directors — is reflected on your invoice

🎉 Member Incentive: Pay your dues in full by October 31 to be entered to win a refund of your 2026 RACM Local dues!

🏠 Home Inspection Regulations
The implementation of the new home inspection disclosure law went into effect on October 15, 2025. Key improvements have been made to protect REALTORS® and ensure flexibility in real estate transactions. Learn more here!

⏰ Changes to MLS PIN Rules and Pinergy Platform

MLS PIN updated its Rules and Regulations effective September 2, 2025, prohibiting compensation in its system. Starting that date, all new Pinergy listings must include a Certification of Compliance, with a new section added to the post listing page. These changes aim to enhance clarity, transparency, and the subscriber experience.

Monday, November 17, 2025, from 6 PM to 9 PM at JMAC Worcester

Join us for a one-night-only performance at Worcester’s BrickBox Theater with Jon Stetson, the renowned mentalist and the real-life inspiration for the hit CBS series The Mentalist. This event is open to the public!

During the night, we will also have our MAR Charitable Grant Presentations to MAR Grant Recipients:

• The CASA Project

The CASA Project is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advocating for the best interests of children in foster care in Worcester County. Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) are assigned to amplify the children’s voices, advocate for their best interests, and support them on their path towards a safe and permanent home.
