This is a friendly reminder that all RACM 2026 Membership Dues were due on November 30.
A brief grace period will remain in effect throughout December; however, all renewals must be completed by December 31 to avoid late fees.
Please note these important deadlines to ensure your membership remains active and uninterrupted. You can easily log into your InfoHub account to pay. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

🏠 Home Inspection Regulations
⏰ Changes to MLS PIN Rules and Pinergy Platform MLS PIN updated its Rules and Regulations effective September 2, 2025, prohibiting compensation in its system. Starting that date, all new Pinergy listings must include a Certification of Compliance, with a new section added to the post listing page. These changes aim to enhance clarity, transparency, and the subscriber experience. |

THANK YOU for joining us at the Community Fundraiser! We are so grateful to everyone who joined us on Monday, November 17, 2025, at JMAC Worcester for an unforgettable evening of community, generosity, and connection.
The night began with inspiring MAR Charitable Grant presentations from Friendly House, Homes for Our Troops, The CASA Project, and Habitat for Humanity Worcester.
Guests then enjoyed an engaging and entertaining performance by Jon Stetson, The Mentalist, whose show brought laughter, amazement, and memorable moments for all.
