Appraisal guidelines and practices are changing—what does that mean for REALTORS®? 

Join us for an informative panel discussion featuring local appraisers who will break down recent appraisal changes and share practical guidance to help REALTORS® better navigate the appraisal process. 

Moderated by Brad Roberts, the conversation will cover what has changed, what information REALTORS® should—and should not—provide to an appraiser, appraisal bias and fair housing considerations, and what to do when an appraisal doesn't reflect the expected value. 

The panel will also discuss reconsideration-of-value requests, common appraisal mistakes, and real-world low-appraisal scenarios, with practical takeaways you can use in your business. 

Panelists include Liz Clemenzi, Maria Hopkins, and additional local appraisers to be announced. 

Bring your questions and hear directly from the professionals who work in the appraisal process every day.
