This 2-Day Course will cover the following:
Upon completion of the two-day course and successfully passing the exam, you will have achieved ABR® candidate status, a three-year period during which you must fulfill the educational and experiential requirements to earn the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) Designation awarded by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council, Inc. There are 4 Benchmarks to go through to gain your ABR Designation, and taking the ABR Designation Course is the first Benchmark. Please see the full requirements at abr.realtor.
No-Shows Policy – Registrants who fail to attend the class and do not contact RACM Staff prior to the class/event start date with a cancellation request in writing (see above) will automatically forfeit all registration fees and/or be subject to a $25 No-Show fee.
