Session 4. Answering Objections

Objective: Prepare REALTORS to handle client objections effectively and professionally.

Key Topics:

  • Common buyer and seller objections (e.g., pricing, market conditions, commission)
  • Techniques to overcome objections: feel-felt-found, empathy, reframing
  • Handling tough conversations and maintaining professionalism

Role-Playing/Practice:

  • Objection handling role-plays
