Session 4. Answering Objections
Objective: Prepare REALTORS to handle client objections effectively and professionally.
Key Topics:
- Common buyer and seller objections (e.g., pricing, market conditions, commission)
- Techniques to overcome objections: feel-felt-found, empathy, reframing
- Handling tough conversations and maintaining professionalism
Role-Playing/Practice:
- Objection handling role-plays
Tools/Resources:
- Scripts, objection handling techniques
No-Shows Policy – Registrants who fail to attend the event and do not contact RACM Staff prior to the class/event start date with a cancellation request in writing at least 72 hours will automatically forfeit all registration fees and/or be subject to a $25 No-Show fee.
