Objective: Equip REALTORS with tools for Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) and effective presentation strategies.

- Preparing a powerful listing presentation
- Conducting a buyer presentation (from needs analysis to showing homes)
- Tailoring presentations to client needs and personality types

Tools/Resources:
No-Shows Policy – Registrants who fail to attend the event and do not contact RACM Staff prior to the class/event start date with a cancellation request in writing at least 72 hours will automatically forfeit all registration fees and/or be subject to a $25 No-Show fee.
