I'm Dave Stead, Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Partners, and I've spent more than 34 years helping buyers, sellers, investors, builders, and families navigate some of the most important decisions of their lives. Over the course of my career, I've sold more than 1,300 homes throughout Worcester and Central Massachusetts.

My philosophy is simple: communicate clearly, solve problems quickly, and always put my clients' interests first. Markets change, technology evolves, and transactions become more complex, but the fundamentals remain the same. People want honest advice, strong representation, and someone who answers the phone when it matters most.

I combine decades of experience with the latest marketing and technology, including professional photography, video, Zillow Showcase, Matterport tours, floor plans, and targeted digital marketing. My goal is not simply to list homes—it's to position them to achieve the best possible result.

Throughout my career, I've been honored to serve as President of the REALTOR® Association of Central Massachusetts, Vice President of the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®, and to receive recognition including REALTOR® of the Year, the Distinguished Service Award, and numerous RE/MAX honors. Those achievements are meaningful, but what matters most is the trust my clients place in me and the referrals they continue to send my way.
