Lynne is more than just transactional or traditional Realtor; she is a certified Senior Relocation Specialists with a network of professionals who can help you with planning your next step. Lynne will help you answer questions like, what to do with years of "stuff", what should be done for maintenance and repair of home, planning for future care - when is it time to consider moving, how to pay for it, what are your living options if you do move? Options include, a CCRC, Independent senior living community, assisted or skilled care, and memory care options.

Unlike a transactional agent who just wants to sell a home for commission, Lynne is here to help you every step of the way.  She can also guide your family and provide options around creating, building, and protecting generational wealth and minimizing taxes.  She will strategize with her clients on how to analyze and structure their real estate assets to ensure we are minimizing family disputes and maximizing the real estate assets to meet their goals and build their Legacy. Her knowledge, experience, and partnerships regarding 1031 exchanges, Delaware State Trusts, IRS primary home exemption, Cap and NOI rates on investment properties, Probate and Trusts, and more allows her to aid her clients in ways to minimize, defer and eliminate capital gain taxes.

As a Civil/Environmental Engineer, Lynne has over 20 years’ experience in the development, construction and hazardous waste remediation of hundreds of properties thought New England.  Naturally, construction is one of her passions.

Lynne has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Tufts University.  Lynne, a life-long resident of Massachusetts, is a devoted wife, mother and full time Realtor.

In her free time, Lynne is an avid volunteer and community leader. She is a 24-year member of Shrewsbury Town Meeting, St. Mary Parish Council, and Board member at Rainbow Early Childhood Center.  In addition, Lynne is a volunteer and motivational speaker for New England Donor Services, an organization that facilitates organ donation though-out New England.
