This course provides real estate agents with the essential knowledge about Massachusetts septic system regulations (Title 5) to navigate property transactions involving septic systems, understand inspection requirements, and address potential issues related to failing systems.

No-Shows Policy – Registrants who fail to attend the class and do not contact RACM Staff before the class/event start date with a cancellation request in writing (see above), will automatically forfeit all registration fees and/or be subject to a $25 No-Show fee.
