Objective of Session 1: Teach REALTORS how to identify and develop leads.

  • Building and leveraging your sphere of influence (SOI)
  • Methods: cold calling, door knocking, social media, networking
  • Developing a daily prospecting schedule
  • Using your current sphere, being a community expert
  • The power of follow-up and CRM tools

    Session 1: Role-Playing/Practice:
  • Networking scenarios
  • Lead generation role-playing

  • CRM tools, lead generation platforms, social media
