On Friday, October 18, 2024, from 10 AM - 12 PM, in the RACM Classroom, we will be having a presentation about “Homelessness Is A Problem” with guest speaker, Dr. Gregg Colburn. Dr. Gregg Colburn, an associate professor in the Runstad Department of Real Estate within the College of Built Environments at the University of Washington, is a co-author of "Homelessness is a Housing Problem: How Structural Factors Explain US Patterns." Join us at RACM for refreshments, a presentation about the book from the author, and a Q & A session with the author.
